Healing

Healing is a process, not a moment
someone special told me this.
It takes time, tears, and pain to get over what (who) you want.
After the tears have fallen
and the eyes have become scarlet red
the only thing you can do is move on and pray.
Healing is a process and not just a simple moment.
When your heart is filled with such admiration for someone,
the worst, is the last thing you want to hear.
Pain is followed by joy.
Inbetween those two are...
Regret, denial, reflection and acceptance.
It seems that only with pain and heartache will one grow.
Only with friends can we move on...
